Mr. Haugestad joined the company in April 2020. Prior to this, he held the position as CFO of SeaBird Exploration Plc since April 2012. Mr. Haugestad has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, principal investments and corporate strategy. He came from the position as CEO and founding partner of Fokus Capital Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Haugestad was COO of Evolvence Capital Ltd. Mr. Haugestad has previously held a number of positions in New York with Citigroup, Citicorp Venture Capital, Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets and UBS. Mr. Haugestad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Midtlie joined the company in May 2019. Prior to this, she held the position as Group Financial Director at Magseis Fairfield ASA since February 2016. Ms. Midtlie has over 10 years’ experience as auditor as CPA in Ernst & Young with the IFRA Academy and thereafter 15 years’ experience from different seismic company as Group Financial Director in Dolphin Group ASA, CGGVeritas, Wavefield Inseis and TGS with focus on compliance IFRS, worldwide tax, legal and financial reporting.

Ms. Midtlie holds a Master as state authorized auditor studies (CPA) from the BI Norway, and a Bachelor of Auditors studies from Telemark University College.

Mr. Zahl joined the company in January 2019. He joined from the position as Senior Vice President EMEA at EMGS ASA where he worked since April 2014. Mr. Zahl has over 17 years' experience from different roles in sales, business development, banking and management, predominantly in the oil services industry. Mr. Zahl has previously held positions at Paradigm Geophysical, Cyviz and Sparebank1. Mr. Zahl holds a Master of Science degree from the departmenet of Industrial Economics and Technology Management at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim Norway and studies in entrepreneurship and venture capital at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

From September 2019, Mrs. Nina Skage became partner in Vest Corporate Advisors. Mrs. Skage became Managing Director at Norwegian School of Economics and business administration (NHH) in 2014 and Director for External Relations and Fundraising in 2017 at NHH. From 1988 to 2013, she held various positions in the Norwegian food industry group Rieber & Søn ASA (sold to Orkla ASA in 2013), including Director of Personnel and Organisational Development, Director of Corporate Communications, Director of Business Unit Food Service and Director of Marketing TORO. Mrs. Skage has her education in business administration and management from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota. Mrs. Skage has been on the boards of Biomega, AFF and GC Rieber Skinn, and currently serves as board member in Havila Shipping ASA, Eiendomskreditt, Dyrket.no, PODTOWN, CCT and Bergen Music Festival.

Mr. Torstein Sanness has experience as MD of Lundin Petroleum Norway and DNO, and from several executive positions during his 25 years at Saga Petroleum. Board member Lundin Energy, IPC, Panoro Energy, Dr. Techn. Olav Olsen, previously Chairman of Lundin Petroleum Norway, Executive Chairman of Magnora ASA. Mr. Sanness holds a master’s degree in engineering (geology, geophysics and mining engineering) from NTH.

Mr. Ketil Skorstad is the founder and CEO of Tigerstaden AS, a Norwegian investment company. Throughout his investment career Mr. Skorstad has built an extensive record in the Nordic financial markets. His expertise includes timing and execution of mergers and acquisitions, listing processes, financing, and capital allocations. Mr. Skorstad holds board positions in several companies, including being the chairman of Tigerstaden AS and member of Veslefrikk Eiendom AS
